WEBIT provides Chicagoland IT support from our headquarters in Naperville, and has since 1996. Today our engineers support organizations across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Iowa, onsite and remote, anywhere within about a three-hour drive of Chicago.
How coverage works
Whether you are down the street from our office or two hours up I-94, you get the same service: the same help desk, the same named people, and the same security baseline.
Every WEBIT client gets a dedicated Field Engineer, and as-needed onsite visits for problems are included in your agreement. Scheduled onsite days are available when you want a regular presence.
Most issues are solved remotely, fast. Live calls are answered in under 60 seconds, and every ticket is acknowledged within 15 minutes, wherever your office is.

Yes. WEBIT provides remote and onsite support to every city listed on this page, across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Iowa. As-needed onsite visits for problems are included in your agreement, and you can add scheduled onsite days if you want a regular presence.
Probably. The list covers the larger cities and towns within about three hours of downtown Chicago, but it is not every town we reach. If you are in the region, talk to an owner and we will give you a straight answer.
